For that you need to hire some professionals from Western armed forces to install better doctrine in us. Also, it would be optimal to import generols who are visionary, up to date and better than current generols whom I bet don't even know the basics of modern Infantry night fighting stuff like the importance of LAM and other stuff.
Otherwise, keep making your infantry dill practice bayonet charge a dug-in position conveniently placed just after their beach landing position. In reality, they will be mowed down by MG fire kms away.

So happy to seem them with PC with matching t-shirt camo. And even sights on AK.( would be good if pants and patka also had similar camo)
