For that you need to hire some professionals from Western armed forces to install better doctrine in us. Also, it would be optimal to import generols who are visionary, up to date and better than current generols whom I bet don't even know the basics of modern Infantry night fighting stuff like the importance of LAM and other stuff.
Otherwise, keep making your infantry dill practice bayonet charge a dug-in position conveniently placed just after their beach landing position. In reality, they will be mowed down by MG fire kms away.

RR with it's experience in CI CT , guriella, urban warfare will be much much much useful than PARAs in full blown war with porks. This is what is believe. PARAs might come in 3rd after MARCOS and RR. maybe even Garuds would be more useful than them in JTAC type roles but seriously don't know what PARAs might achieve "SPECIAL".

i think CRPF COBRAs and other units should be given mandate to handle internal enemies during SHTF moments like any impeding wars, local police units may or may not be well versed or even trustworthy in many cases to handle half front enemies

CRPF should be promoted to handle kahsmir situation , keep naxals on leash too in their last holding grounds.No power to kahsmir police , let them issue challan. Army other than RR should work on how not to fkk up in times like these. Psychological training to army men should be upped , weapons training should be upped , Doing beat to beat parade can take a seat for these elite forces. leave that to NCC guys.
