Man I love how systematic and well managed MARCOS chaps are everything is standardised.

Also is there any reason why our infantry troops don’t use a sidearm?like the US standardised SIG m17&m18

Afaik sidearms are not standardly issued to regulars, also they are not really well trained with them , bayonets and blades are their sidearms .
Officers and some armor and supplies men are do issued with OFB 9mm ( which most absolutely despise due to its unreliability and low firepower ) . From what I have heard personally , supplies men used to prefer carry rifles instead of them .

Telescopic on a LMG&AK203 and Holos on SIG 716i🤡(I can see one sig 716 with telescopic and ak 203 with holo those are probably the only correct ones in this picture)
Also on a single table we have both 7.62x51mm & 7.62x39mm weapons you will feel this when you are carrying two different types of heavier rounds for separate weapons.
Army decided to do emergency procurement while knowing they have chosen a 7.62x39mm rifle to be the standard in Indian Army and ended up buying a 7.62x51mm rifle which again is a beautiful sight from logistics POV.
