I can think of around 20 people (Males and females) age 28+ of marriageable age out of which only 5 are married out these only 3 have children ( all have only 1 child)

OTOH , Of all things that will get fu@ked up in this country because of plummeting birth rates i will be happiest about private schools.

The school my son attends has 9 divisions for each standard with every division having strength of 40 so from primary to 10th around 4320 students each students pays this year 148000/- along with 10% increment annually. Books, uniforms, shoes, internet charges everything extra.

Some guy insinuated that the gormint/milaards taking the adultery laws back was part of some sort of 'feminist'/'progressive' agenda when in reality it was men who were the only ones getting fucked in the ass because the framework could never ever consider a woman to be the adulterer.

Courts and gormint agreed that the laws were indeed prejudicial, were destroying families, were unfaily advantageous to women seeking a divorce and hence, took them back.

Did not make a single 'liberal' point, did not argue for the so-called 'femi-nazi' agenda (majority of whom I myself do not agree with) but merely pointing the cronology of events as mentioned above riled up our resident ubermensch Hindutvawadi gigachad mards and now here we are discussing 'mardness'.

None of my single f****ng relative more than 1 child
All citing financial reasons
Their thinking goes like we will have 1 child and give him best
This is what weak societies think which have been pushed away from wars crisis and problems
They never think if that 1 child dies under any circumstances what will happen next who the hell will carry your lineage
Dare tell them these things they will take it negatively rather thinking upon it as if someone is wishing their child to die
Just bcoz they live in comfort zone without conflicts crisis and wide spread disease they think life is easy

Most of the 80s or 90s generation people think there is not threat to life if you don't opt for it they are living like a frog inside the well
They don't know how ruthless world becomes when crisis erupts or your existence is challenged
They will regret every decision they have taken in the name of "practicality"

I didn't knew man have biological power to read other mind or predict future. How exactly you will know the women you are marrying will turnout a gold digger after a year or decade or predict a future that your boss will overload you with work and your partners is horny and make your life hell if you don't comply. Nowadays people live with multiple personalities, some different to an extent that will surprise you. In this case how to protect yourselves?

And yes I have seen lot of men who mock their wives for not having jobs and don't value their opinion and same time crying over increasing women representation in workforce

Bhai, bringing up a child when you belong to hindu middle class is no joke.

The middle class pays major chunk of taxes but gets absolutely sh@t from government in terms of facilities.

Medical , government/ municipal run hospitals provide bad service and are full of peacefuls.

Education, again muncipal run schools are full of Ms. There is absolutely no chance i would let my children spend daily 6 hours of their growing up years with that crowd.

Sports/ extra curricular activities, only option is private.

Then there is peer pressure, social pressure , one spends in lakhs annually just keeping up.

One ends up spending more money on 1 childs till kindergarten than what our parents spent on bringing up 2 children.

I am not disregarding these points infact I always say Hindu middle class suffers the most pay huge taxes but go for private hospitals where good doctors charge atleast 750-1000rs in a big city for a good doctor
Then
Pay 1.5-2lacs for child's education and their hobbies
Crush those hobbies later knowing that's luxury in our country when basic needs aren't available to the people
On return get pathetic service from govt in terms of hospitals roads safety

But despite all this if we just produce one kid it will be much more problematic than the above listed
Yes these problems exists today and will exist in future too
Forget about demerits of dropping tfr rates in future if situation gets worse u lose your child then everything will finish who will take ur genes forward
At that time parents will definitely won't cry for above reasons
I am myself a single child and I know how it gets difficult as child grows and that definitely leaves impact on child too

There are plenty of affordable private schools if people choose to look around. I myself studied in an RSS affiliated private school(called krishna vidya mandir), last I checked their yearly fees for 10th class is around 35k. And most private schools near my area don't charge more than 60k. My elder sister has 2 kids and they consciously made the decision not to send their kids to these expensive private schools.

I'm not saying it is you, but in general plenty of Upper class UC hindus tie themselves up in knots saying hum ek hi bacche palenge saar, us ek bacche ko sirf Montessori/Oakridge international school bhejenge saar, us ek bacche ko hi sab kuch denge saar.

There should be no alimony whatsoever if the woman commits adultery in the first instance or the woman can support herself.

If you don't want to be in marriage because of its cons, then by all instances, you shouldn't want to enjoy the pros of the marriage. If you want benefits, then pay the costs for it. If you don't wanna pay for that, then don't ask for those benefits.
