People are expecting justice from Indian courts that too by a women judge.

If Dropadi had born in this age and Era. Then all Pandavas in the jail rather than Duryodhana, Sakuni, Karn or dushasan.

Today, if you are an upper caste Hindu male then you are your own. Better fight on the street than begging for justice from gawars

Men are expected to be providers while women are given choices (work or stay home). If a man refuses to provide, he is seen as irresponsible, but if a woman refuses to work, it is considered her choice.

Even in relationships and marriages, the financial burden is disproportionately on men, and the legal system reinforces this imbalance rather than ensuring fairness.




The Need for Reform

Gender-Neutral Laws – Domestic violence and sexual harassment laws should protect both men and women.

False Case Punishment – Strict punishment for those filing false cases to deter misuse of the law.

Equal Parental Rights – Fathers should have equal custody rights instead of being treated as just financial providers.

1. Traditional Expectations Still Favor Women

Even in western societies Men are still expected to pay for dates, provide more financially, and take risks in dangerous jobs.

Women openly prefer taller men, wealthier men, and men with status—while shaming men for having any preferences in return.

Chastity and past relationships: Women get offended if men prefer virgins, but they reject men based on height, income, and even personality.
" The same argument that women use can be used against any of the three preferences of women, like men are more than their height/income/looks, that it's dehumanizing and misandrist to judge men by only 1 quality etc"



2. "Equality" in Relationships Is a Lie

"Women want men who earn more"( patriarchal prefrence) yet demand "equal partnerships" in household duties.


Forget India, Divorce laws that favor women exist in every country who claims to "support equality ", giving them alimony and child custody, even if they initiated the breakup (which women do in 70-80% of cases in the West).



3. The "Shame-Free" Society Is Only for Them

Feminists demand that women should not be shamed for promiscuity, obesity, or bad decisions—but have no issue shaming men.
They disguise this pragmatic behaviour in veil of equality they always say "shame-free society" never "shame free from women only" But in practice the later is true.


They attack men’s preferences as "misogynistic" while defending women’s hypergamous standards as "natural."
Hypergamy Is basically opposite to equality.







The more "equality" supporting a country is the more women enjoy all the benefits of both patriarchy and "equality" while men get the worst of both worlds:

No power, but all responsibility.

No privileges, but still the burden of providing.

No control over marriage, but still forced to pay after divorce.

No social respect, but always blamed.


The Reality

Modern "equality" isn’t equality at all.
Feminists hijacked morality and cried victimhood for their benefit, no feminist believes in equality, it's a tool to get benefits.
In certain areas where equality does not benifit them they support equity and even traditional roles/desires.
The more feminist a women is the more pragmatic she will be.

Basically law is giving benefit of both tradition and modernity to women with none of the responsibilities. They have full carte blanche to play fast and loose otoh while whole system pays lip service to equality.
Legal system and state both need to decide if they see men as providers or not and if they do then to ensure that they are not institutionalising a form of defacto slavery by telling them they have no authority over the women they marry or a say in domestic matters while having full responsibility to look after them.

Any hard working man marrying these turds will learn a very hard lesson in their life.
For one, these turds have been run through worse than madrassa students in Pakistan & they are in it for the money.
You earn, they will take that money and use to enjoy themselves with other men. If you are unlucky, they divorce you, take your money and any kids (may be they are not yours to start with).

There is a big market out there. For every 1 guy with self-respect, there are 10-20 simps available who are ready to spend large amount of money just to get near a girl. These SIMPS wont mind living their whole life being a slave to these girls; all they need is a trophy wife/gf.​

Having seen shit good men who go through by worthless women, my only suggestion is, find a good girl and marry her.
Looks are really over-rated.

If you are the kind to believe in dating and shit, good luck. Girls by default date more men than guys would. You would end up with someone who will never be pleased and will be looking for the next wiener.

Guys with ambitions and good prospects, just stay the F away from women. Find that one good one and marry her.

More lung capacity.
Thicker bones.
More spatial awareness.

9/10 times men would get away with assaulting women despite training.
