Here's another one of those cases. Peaceful woman arrives here from Paxtan on a visit visa for 45 days & extends it by 6 more months getting married here . She's now claiming what's her fault when faced with a notice & deadline to self deport .

I've a feeling a lot of these unions are the usual cousin marriages this time on a cross country scale instead of the usual within the same country.

Don't know why we entertain such mairrages.
Maybe the bats in court are a hurdle against any law that might be brought against them.

Frankly speaking the Indian state should not recognize the union between a Pakistani and Indian. If we have to subject Pakistani Hindu to this laws as well than be it.

Instead of doing that and coming across reasonable and expected opposition, maybe it would be better to legislate that Indians cannot marry a Pakistani passport holder and retain citizenship.

If formation tries to retaliate then Karachi port should be bombed disproportionately… we shouldn’t hold back this time and give Navy to repeat 1971 more than 10x.
 
Looks like the goal is to bog down Pakistan military in conflict with India while using taliban to embarrass Pakistan by taliban taking over their territory. I doubt pakis will use nukes against Taliban.

If they escalate this time i think you will have your wish for full war. We may be giving them signals that if they retaliate back we will also retaliate. So, shit down and cope. Thats why we are on a diplomatic blitzkrieg.
Still it is shameful a shithole country is keeping the worlds third largest economy by PPP terms in a blackmail.
Sometime i wish our armed forces should just roll over them but then i realize our import bahadurs have been way way more incompetent with all the money we give to them.

A country our size in economic terms should have spanked these pigs brutally in public. They don't even have any depth. They are lying on us. Their headquarters are under our artillery. Still they do all the terrorsim sponsoring. We have been too soft on them.
