Anyway that’s the bigger picture, the inability of India to have even touched the guys that carried out this specific attack is far more appalling and demonstrates the weaknesses of Indian kinetic options

GoI seems to be aware of this and will probably not escalate this tension much. It is in our long term interest to wait this one and strike through other means.

What if they are handing the posts to PMCs? Pakistan can do anything to just save their ass when they’re pressed into corner. Now there is no flag or any paki soldiers presence we have to demolish these bunkers ASAP.

PMCs will be the first to run.. Even Wagner were more cannon fodder.. Not very good to integrate with combined arms conventional war.. not good at all not at all..

Pakistan has already mobilized its forces we haven't, standoff with Pakistan with a looming threat of China will be the last thing mudi will want and doing a surgical or airstrike will invite retaliation from paks armed forces which will be impossible to counter unless we mobilize our own forces . Pakistan more or less proved that they can kill Indian people with impunity. I think we should brace up for larger terror attacks like 26/11 and serial bomb blasts which may happen in an year or two.

Yes but If media is reporting troop mobilisation on the ground, it’s not serious. Real war preparations happen entirely without media coverage.

Indian government has instructed the media not to report anything about war preparations, and it seems the public is also following this directive. Even if someone uploads content related to troop movements online, government is likely to have it taken down.

Dude.. what makes you think India will be ready by 2035.. and Pakistan and China will be standing still ..
Probably we will be in worse shape in 2035, with declining IAF numbers and lack of stealth fighters.. And with our way of procurement, we might have to wait till 2135

Colonist Punjabi army has no ally who are willing to sink a significant portion of their resources in propping them up. Turkey doesn't have the deep pockets to bail out the colonist Punjabi Army. I am sure even Dragon is unwilling to commit significant resources to the sinking ship that is Fauji Foundation. They will offer enough resources to counter Indian Air Force. If we are cautious in deploying our air force the Chinese have no reason to sink their money in this war. So, they too will walk away soon.

If the chinese help becomes apparent western geostrategists will come forward to aid India. As the Uncle Sam recently said India is a model ally who takes its defence seriously.
