Russian Ukrainian War

@craigs You are right. Korenevo has not yet been captured. This is a map from the General Staff of Ukraine. Our troops are standing right in front of this settlement and are waiting. All three bridges over the Seim-River have been destroyed, one of the two pontoon crossings has been destroyed. Many Russian soldiers have been surrounded. They will soon surrender themselves.

Come back when it is done.

against captured 42 russian conscripts and today some more ... russians captured 24 invaders at one go..

Tug of war continues...
your point exactly- moral level.

Wars don't have morals , this war too has no morals on any side , well everyone thinks they are right , so it's futile to debate on that
As for my point , the Russians will reconquer, their lost area sooner or later .
Let's say , they are actually incompetent as you and your clique seem to think they are well then my good sir , Russia has enough territory to negotiate with the Ukrainians for an advantageous settlement.
But we both know , Ukranians being the stubborn bunch they are , won't budge and again put outrageous conditions to which Russians shall never agree , thus prolonging the war for a foreseeable future .
Enjoy .

Come back when it is done.
This is a question for the near future. But there is no big mistake there. There are two settlements with a similar name. There is the village of Korenevo, which has been under Ukrainian control for several days, as well as the township of Korenevo, where street fighting is taking place.

What a frikkin bunch of corrupt pussies?!?! Still cant comprehend that they are the successors of the Red army which beat the sh.t out of the Wehrmacht!! :facepalm4:

Make no mistake - WW2 was a death match between Stalin's Russia and Adolf's Germany - everything else was a sideshow!

If you are going to lose Su34s on the ground at this rate, then what good is the policy of not using the Ru AF?

Here is this persistent myth "Russia and WW2".
By the way, Russians are not the most affected nation in this war. In first place are Belarusians, in second place are Ukrainians, in third place are Poles.
More. Today, August 23, 1943, the Battle of Kursk ended.

It looks like the Russians are incapable of using Air Power like Americans or Israelis. This war clearly shows that Russian Ground Forces have poorly trained soldiers, no leadership quality among NCOs, low quality fighting rank and senior officers. It seems there is no cohesion in the units of Russian Ground Forces. They did not follow the SOPs for proper armor thrust and, as a result, lost large numbers of tanks and APC during the first month of the war. It is clearly visible that Russian Ground Forces don't have enough infantry, there is a shortage of manpower. The structure of Russian BTGs was devoid of any manpower intensive units. Only machines were the mainstay with some mechanized infantry. They are incapable of any combined arms warfare.

Even if they win this war, such performance shouldn't be an example to follow. Indian army should also improve the quality of NCOs, Indian army shouldn't be an officer lead army.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday arrived in Ukraine on a historic visit to the war-torn country during which he is expected to share perspectives on peaceful resolution of the ongoing conflict with the Ukrainian leader.
Mr. Modi is visiting Ukraine at the invitation of President Volodymyr Zelensky.

His visit to Kyiv comes nearly six weeks after his high-profile trip to Moscow which triggered criticism from the U.S. and some of its Western allies.

This is the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister to Ukraine since the country became independent in 1991.

"I look forward to the opportunity to build upon earlier conversations with President Zelenskyy on strengthening bilateral cooperation and share perspectives on peaceful resolution of the ongoing Ukraine conflict," Modi had said before leaving Delhi. "As a friend and partner, we hope for an early return of peace and stability in the region."

The prime minister travelled to Kyiv from Poland in a 'Rail Force One' train that took around 10 hours. The return trip will also be of the same duration.

India has not yet condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine and has been calling for resolution of the conflict through dialogue and diplomacy.

Before leaving Warsaw, Mr/ Modi said that his Poland visit has been "special".

His visit to Poland was the first trip by an Indian Prime Minister to the country in the past 45 years.

truly one of the vishwagurus of all time

I wonder what the point of this visit is. India is Russia's ally and benefits greatly from the war - cheap oil, increased exports to Russia to fill the supply shortage of goods due to sanctions.

Would India be prepared to sell munitions to Ukraine for use against Russia?

Does Ukraine have the technology to complete development of Kaveri? I believe that Ukraine has had some involvement with developing a fast jet engine for Turkiye.

What about air defence systems? Ukraine badly needs more ground-based air defence systems. Would India be prepared to supply those to shoot down Russian aircraft, missiles and glide bombs?

An episode of the battle, the Russian BMP-3 of the "Anvar" detachment, with the Ukrainian BMP-2 and armored group in the Kursk region of Russia in the village of Russkaya Konopelka. This battle caused heated discussions on the network, due to the fact that the BMP-2 shown in the video was considered Russian. At first glance, it looks like this, the Ukrainian tactical sign of a triangle, for an unknown reason was not finished and it began to look like a Russian sign with the letter "V". But later the situation became clear when the Ukrainian media UNIAN confirmed that the BMP-2 with this sign was Ukrainian. Despite this, many questions remained about the battle, why the BMP-3 did not hit the Ukrainian M-113 armored personnel carrier from close range, perhaps it was shooting at another target located far away. The result of the battle, three Ukrainian combat vehicles "Kozak", BMP-2 were destroyed, some of them presumably by drones, there are also reports about the M-113 armored personnel carrier, but it was not shown in the video anymore. The video has been shortened, the dead soldiers have been cut out. Technical information about the equipment is on the channel.
