You're implying that Putin completely controls everything these propagandist say. That's a bit of a stretch. Nobody was going to jail if they said this war might take awhile. It is weird that the western m.s. media and Russia propagandist were saying the same thing, but some western military people also said they believed Kyiv would fall in a few days. So I believe it was a coincidence and not them repeating Russian propagandist.

I think the best thing for Russia was not for this to end in a few weeks. The puppet government would've been overthrown in a few years and this whole thing would've started all over again. In the long run it's better to just completely destroy all Ukrainian Nazis, and make Ukraine a land locked country. It's sad that it had to come to this, but the west didn't learn their lessons about Nazis in WW2. Or perhaps they did, and they just learned how to hide it from the masses. I think the west is a wolf in sheep's clothing. That clothing is "democracy" "freedom" "sovereignty" and countless other bullshit words to justify mass killings, all in the name pulling the wool over peoples eyes. It's easy to control the masses. Many of these passages were said a year before the start of a full-scale war. Did you notice Lukashenko there? He often has portions of choice nonsense. The latest is the threat of WW3 if someone attacks Belarus.

It was funny to hear how the residents of a small village in Kursk oblast found out on TV how Ukrainian fascists gathered them all in a community center and burned them. Can you imagine how their relatives are? There is no telephone connection there. RF was well on track. If you remember they got bogged down during several key moments:
- Their own EW jammed their own units because they were following strict time tables instead of communicating
- Battalion commanders of the Russians were dying left and right leaving command to fresh academy grads in motorized/mechanized units trying to take over towns that overlooked key highways Kiev
- They were able to successfully pull off an airborne operation with VDV on Hostomel but they could never land an Antonov there which caused all the VDV caught inside the pocket to starve/die from arty

You tell a lot of stories like this. Perhaps they are true, perhaps not. Forgive me for not believing them at face value. These stories reinforce your negative beliefs about Russia, and they are meant as a rallying cry for Ukraine, so they could be fabricated for that reason alone.
