Yeah, that is true. A lot of people overestimated Russian capabilities and underestimated the Ukrainians at the start of this. It's taking a lot more time than expect by a lot of people, but the collapse is inevitable. If things stay the way they are now (no NATO troops on the ground) and weapons shipments continuing, this could last 2 to 5 more years. By then we will find out just how many Ukrainians were really willing to fight to the last. Piers Morgan is just one of countless people who thinks they know all Ukrainians want to fight to the last because he's been to Kyiv and all of Zelensky's shills told him that.

What the west doesn't get, including Pro. John Mearsheimer is that Putin might be the one willing to fight to the last to guarantee a total victory and long term security.
