It would be, logically speaking, during Hasina's rule relations were very friendly and medical visas were easily granted.

I am glad Hasina is gone though.

This is a mask-off moment for Kanglu and considering there isn't a friendly regime there anymore, we must not think twice about arm-twisting, squeezing and applying the stick to them.

I consider them to be the #1 threat to the country, not even Paki, Cheeni or the Americans.

I too an glad their medical visas are being cut down. I feel like there are a lot of kanglus who come in the disguise of medical visa and then stay for longer periods and end up costing us more in the long run. But I do wish government did something about the loss in revenue from this fallout.
While they may have made up the lions share in number of medical tourists, how much was their share in terms of $s. I think that is a more important question to ask, at the end of the day its all about daalars saar.
