This is what I call the Maun Mohan Singh effect. When you don't retaliate for an outrage like 26/11 apart from the various bombs going off with sickening regularity on your soil in spite of glaring evidence in the public domain nor have you done much to ensure the security of the nation , even sub humans who'd normally think 10 times about perpetrating such crimes become encouraged to conceive & almost execute something like this.

Every 5-7 years we need to do big bang retaliation to "refresh memory" of the malcontents in the neighborhood and even domestically.

Otherwise they forget the lessons they were taught and continue again with their attacks
