Such PPE's don't come under ITAR regulations right ?

So one can just buy them in US and courier them back ..

Unlike BPJs or PCs' which are ITAR regulated, placards are typically not unless it's marketed specifically for military applications or certain manufacturers who voluntarily classify their products as ITAR controlled

But they might still be subject to EAR (export admin regulations)

Thats why mostly Russian sso during raids use leaf suit but then we have para and army who doesn't even use one standard cammo in single unit or squad forget the leaf suit

If you can, then get a velcro patch for the rear and have it stitched in the same dimension. Will give you more flexibility when it comes to mounting it.

Pretty good list. When you build your belt, you can customise it too.
What's your magazine loadout look like? 3+1 or 6+1?
A belt with one fast reload mag, dump pouch, IFAK and GP pouch seems good.
