Lungis being egged on by fellow lungis from lungidesh or a group from lungidesh buoyed by the Yunus administration's false bravado taking chances ?

Sucking ulfa dicks. There is clearly an attempt to revive ULFA now.
They were laying low, it seems. After the situation with Bangladesh was settled, the insurgency stopped sharply after the early 2010's. Now that the relation with Bangladesh has deteriorated‌, with Myanmar civil war happening. It seems that the Chinese are also heavily helping those groups now.

Furthermore, I have noticed pro-ulfa posts seem to sprung up on Reddit from time to time. And, let's be honest there is still a lot of sympathy amongst some groups for ulfa within Assam.

There are clearly a lot of people who are soft seperatists. Actually, it has improved a lot recently. I have been seeing "Nationalist" Assamese for a few years now. When I used to live there, I have never met any Assamese who would condemn or criticise what the ULFA did. Perhaps only a few whose kin died due to the barbaric activities of the ULFA. Many would even go as far as to deny what they did and say there were protecting assam and Assamese culture from the "outsiders"/"Hindi speaking people"/"Indians", etc.

It's a lot better now, but I also think it's due to the extreme influx of kanglus into Assam, that many have united with others to resist the green invasion. I hope it's not true, but I think if kanglu invasion is stopped, we might once again reach point 0, where the different groups there once again start inflighting and turn on the "mainlanders" and the other supposed "outsiders". So, sometimes I even think perhaps it's necessary to maintain a steady and controlled influx of "others" (kanglus), so that there is a common outlet to hate, and the internal conflicts remain in truce. But, the influx must also be controlled, to prevent the hijacking of the system due to the demographic change. Maybe this is why the government isn't cracking down hard on the illegal immigrants. Who knows?

Thank you for the perception.

ULFA became a crime syndicate years ago, tbh. The old ULFA does not really exist anymore.

Assam deported thousands of miyas/kanglus in the past few months. Although, they will never reveal the numbers. Kanglu BGB claims some 2-3k folks have been (((pushed in))) but even they are admitting that it is impossible to ascertain the exact figures because the BGB is massively understaffed and exerts virtually zero control over a number of stretches.
