A bullet that was close enough to hit the ear could have very easily hit the skull due to the wind or any number of factors that cannot be controlled, especially from over a hundred meters away.

They are open about demographic changes needs to be implemented to stay in power and they know the right wont come to the streets because they are middle class working people who are reluctant to take the gun, hoping the state would take care of that, while the left riots in the street.

If the right has to win this war, they would have to come in street to fight the communists and islamists. There is no other way. This is what will happen here too. Unless we are willing to fight it out in the street no one will save us. But the middle class isnt ready for that. I concur. As a long time gun enthusiast and someone who loves rifles, you will not find more than 5 marksmen in the entire world who can carry out the directive of ' shoot the ear but not the skull' at 200 yards.
