Saurav Jha in his podcast says under progress. Envisaged with Russian equivalent of j 79 engine. Stable aircraft almost equal to cost of lca or slightly less but will be m9stly comparable to lca in capabilities only slightly inferior.

While HAL pulled the RUAV scam again. I am giving a free pass for this time.

Showcased the Sitara HJT-36 with flying demonstration.
Showcased the CATS Warrior with exclusive ground testing photos.
Showcased the ARCHER NG for the first time.


So I am allowing the scam of RUAV to move on.

Ok everyone this is not Archer NG this is another Drone smaller one they didn't show Archer NG model only a pic with test flight announcement by next month.

We have developed retractable landing gears but I am not sure if they have been or will be implementing them on these.

Do we have any Predator and Avenger class drones under works? I don't think we have any dedicated MALE and HALE UCAVs both in service and under development.

Yes it's in the work DRDO is on it first they wanted to develop it with private sector and that stopped the program now either they have found one or they have decided to go on their own so they are developing one Hal might be involved too.


As for dedicated MALE & HALE drones we definitely have MALE drones especially Israeli and have been using them for a long time for MALE we only have I think two ?(correct me anyone if I am wrong) MQ9B on lease with Navy but Army has used them before with Navy especially during our stand-off with China and the deal is signed so all are getting MQ9 drones by 2029(first delivery)
