This was meant for '71 refugees. Most of them are not mapped in remote border areas or Sundarban villages. This actually ensured that that whole post-partition refugee community will vote for her everywhere in south Bengal.

Mobile truck mounted watch towers are the exact solution for very difficult terrain we have here. Whether through Infrared or Acoustic or Motion Detection, we can combat them and not by manpower. totally agree....about man power. my small state uttarakhand hv 1 crore population nd himanchal pradesh hv 75 lakh. these two state can provide 1 million young boys (16 to 18 age), if army need urgent needs. hilly village boys hv great passion for joining army here nd they r good in hilly mountain fights also. so i dont think army face any shortage in india.
