Yes he heads one of the many advisory panels set up by the government to come up with recommendations which in cases like this gets made public just like the CCP in China has advisory bodies who too make recommendations , which you the Han slaves may never know of for you're living in a dictatorship .

The government here isn't obliged to accept his advice.

Meanwhile this here is an interesting mini documentary by SCMP on the death of Gwailou brands in China while Chinese brands swamp the Gwailou land . I'd say achieving that 2 trillion USD trade surplus is well at hand. Too bad about the upcoming war thanks to Trump , irrespective of Taiwan.

A dedicated drone carrier will be good for drone charging, inspection, data processing without returing to office. lots of team using such thing for vlogging and sci research in western China like this:

For Xpeng, the vehicle with eVTOL is as cheap as USD350,000, and already sold 1000.

And, if you activated auto-pilot mode, u don't even need a expensive human pilot.

I guess you will get millions of orders, more propaganda from the Chinese and more projects to waste money in projects that will not generate profits

get it a Cicare CH-7 is cheaper by 1/3 the price, and it is just for a very small market.

EVTOLs have several disadvantages. too many engines, too limited range.

Hybrid EVTOLs use fuel got it?

A CH-7 has a single rotax of 56kg and has better performance at lower price.
