Well, People need to differentiate between Motherland and it's Inhabitants. Could cause misunderstandings, everytime someone or I cuss India- it doesn't refer to the Greater Metaphysical Construct of Nation but rather majority of it's inhabitants.

As for the %, it's obviously a personal opinion.

And for the 100000000th time again, yes India is filthy compared to say a country like Sri Lanka which is in our neighborhood. Bangladesh is much more filthier than India. It's just objective reality. Reminds me of a recent twitter thread where Bengalis where losing their mind over a Telugu guy who called Kolkata filthy after visiting it.
