SC/ST act was created out of empathy for the plight of Dalits.

@londonparistokyo was asked several times by fellow members to clarify the difference but he repeated and exclusively called India a Filthy Nation. @Vinash also said the same, he even called it as FOE.

Brown Sipoy has drunk too much Chooran of FOE and now they can't differentiate between FOE and Abuse.
