Goras are degenerate scumbags and most parts of India are filthy. A person can hold both these views at the same time.

I'm not interested in what you say to others. I'm not your daddy.

India is my country, I can not tolerate a offensive term like filthy.

Degree of filthy is a subjective matter.... A Obsessive compulsive patient can consider clean object as a Filthy, similarly many people drink urine ( their own or animal).... It's subjective matter should be discussed with rationality.

No! It literally means, people living in India have no civic sense when it comes to public cleanliness.

As for the %, it's obviously a personal opinion.

And for the 100000000th time again, yes India is filthy compared to say a country like Sri Lanka which is in our neighborhood. Bangladesh is much more filthier than India. It's just objective reality. Reminds me of a recent twitter thread where Bengalis where losing their mind over a Telugu guy who called Kolkata filthy after visiting it.

Brown Sipoy, then better say people living in unhygienic conditions in some parts or most of Kolkata.

Not all Kolkata is filthy nore all india.
