It's as unhealthy as most packed ramen around the world filled with sodium so just industry standard. As for indigenous equivalent yes their are many most notably sunfeast yipee the classic masala flavour sold crazy when Maggie was banned it still has some market in today's time but not as popular as other ones their are other patanjali and Nepali(wai wai)noodles who have their fair share of market and Top ramen is also pretty good although it's from nissin so not Indian as for replacing Maggie that's just impossible it's more like a part of culture here just like it is in Indonasia, Singapore, Malaysia and some other countries it's hard to replace something that's been part of the culture in the country people have memories with MaggieMost unhealthy goyslop I had in India. But also somehow absolutely delicious. How come there's no indigenous equivalent to this???

They will streamline their medical system offering cheap and quality solutions in future and on other hand destroying our system with high rates and sabotage making Indian lives miserable and then finally reverse medical tourism
Just like how they earn billions through MS courses
It's a complete conspiracy theory so I have no facts to back my claim
