These people dont know how the other side lives. There is a significant disparity between Tokyo/Taipei/Seoul vs Delhi/Mumbai in regards to cleanliness, civic sense, local facilities, etc.

Kolkata is a literal slum (whole fucking city) and perhaps the biggest disappointment among the already low standard Indian mega cities.

We wont improve unless we get out of our delusions and acknowledge the problem we have.

In our sub-continent since milleniums, as per Panchaang/calendar the new year is celebrated in March to April after harvesting which brings prosperity during pleasant season.
But global business & computers needs a sync, that's all.
