its very hard to not be blackpilled about the state of india when these videos are becoming a daily occurrence. None of them will even be caught or even spend 1 day in jail. The state has given up on law enforcement

Yes Bihar, the utopia of modern civilisationAfter the kumbh train incident they have the necessary tool to fire back at us, they will do sem2sem and equate us to them.
Folks, I am in a pinch. I was preparing for upsc and taking care of my sister who's bipolar. She's okay now. I was also dealing with other personal issues. But it took a lot of time. I graduated in with my btech in 2021. I know I need to get into a job asap. But with gap years, it's going to be extremely hard.
I dont have any skills right now. So can anyone guide me what skills I need to learn. Both existing and emerging so that I can crack a entry level job this year. A job which isn't too stressful cuz I still need to take care of my sister. I ain't expecting too much money. I also know many will shit on me and companies will avoid me like a plague. But still. What should be the best course of action?
Odisha. I didn't apply for state govt jobs because I didn't have my language certificate. Passed the language exam and now I can apply for state govt jobs.
Let's see. I am getting a job this year though. No matter what. I will go through the recommendations here and see what I do.
I am fearful that i might've gotten diabetes and/or hypothyroidism as well, though checking my blood sugar with those cheap digital glucometer gives quite interesting resultit turned me insomniac and work-life issues were taking a toll on my mental state too...had to resort to taking ashwagandha a teaspoon worth every night before hitting bed, which also made me a mentally mutt-like person, devoid of much emotions, as ashwagandha decrease prolactin the stress hormone but spike serotonin the happiness hormone and may kill your overall emotionsbut i had to do what i had to do for some proper sleep
Well I was forced to value health because severe depression forced me into a living coma. Like getting out of bed was a serious ordeal. I kid you not severe depression makes even basic things like hygiene, eating, sleeping etc feel like herculean effort. I also gained tons of weight and reached 110kg. I couldn't talk about it to parents because they were on pushed to the limit wrt to my sister. If they had learnt about mine, they would have been broken. So i had to fight alone for a long time. Like each day fighting to do the basic stuff. Like hygiene, eating, sleeping etc. And during this time, I broke up with my ex due to her cheating and all that. Still not before I put my self esteem down the drain. All of this fueled my depression and kept it alive.I am fearful that i might've gotten diabetes and/or hypothyroidism as well, though checking my blood sugar with those cheap digital glucometer gives quite interesting result
-> my fasting blood sugar level after waking up mostly comes around 90 to 95 mg/dL
-> whenever i'm observing strict less sugary diet, my blood sugar levels post two-three hours of a meal comes around 120-130 mg/dL which some sources suggest are normal for indian diet and all, but considered as prediabetic internationally
-> whenever i just let myself go and consume everything without any limit, well...my blood sugar level post two-three hours of a meal comes rather around 100-110 mg/dL ?! means when i eat a lot and everything, my blood sugar level actually comes in normal range ?! what's going on ?!
i am thinking it could be early onset of prediabetes
as for hypothyroidism, i don't see much symptoms like hairfall or brittle nails or change in libidobut well i do feel like my metabolism has changed a lot, and i've turned bloated around face, and some fat accumulation on body, then my eyebrows are thinning - a telltale sign for hypothyroidism...
i haven't got it all checked properly as it'll raise some suspicion or worries among my parents, i'll have to get it tested in secrecy

true, i'm mostly locked inside confines of home and office at times so sunlight exposure is also limited that could've caused some of said issues i believeWell I was forced to value health because severe depression forced me into a living coma. I recovered majorly because I fought to take back control inch by inch. Like I went from not being able to walk for a few mins to running 10 km. I went from not being able to do 5kg dumbbells to bench proper plates. Each small win was hard for me. Like to go to gym, I had to overcome tons of social anxiety. Btw, I also had the same concerns you had. Prediabetes, hypotension, decrease in testosterone etc etc.
Anyway, I noticed once you lose weight, lift and run, your body automatically ditches all diseases. I have not been sick for a year and I sleep very well at night. (Barring the days if I am reminded of my ex). I feel my metabolic and hormonal profile has improved a lot. Though I didn't test it. But I could tell due to the huge improvement in libido, energy, sleep quality etc.
Honestly, I would say just get into a routine. I started with the simple exercise of walking. 10k steps a day which I still do to this day. Its really underrated. As for gymming, if you are into bodyweight, it's better to stick to that but increase difficulty. Like for pushups, ya can do diamond one. And for squats ya can do pistol squats.true, i'm mostly locked inside confines of home and office at times so sunlight exposure is also limited that could've caused some of said issues i believe
i'm thinking of getting mugdar - those exercise clubs and some basic stuff for home gymming once i get my order and posting for that govt job; i can also join a gym or swimming pool if it's nearby
i used to do some exercising, basic running during my college era but it's been so many years
i am not so sure if i can run kilometres but i can, and i have, jogg for quite long distances easily, in fact i avoid using vehicles like bike or so if my destination is within range of three kilometres and just walk to there
my current strength is limited to, 40 pushups in a set for three reps, around 150 squats in one go
any tips for starters like me regd mugdar exercises, gymming, running etc?
Not really; because at its core it's kind of like a (I'm guessing you've must have used it in school) LOGO turtle doing usual fd40rt90lt90 stuff. Kids with hobby in robotics often make handwriting machines with Arduino which on a micro level is a CNC system.I heard making CNC Controllers is as hard as Jet Engines, is that so?
