So fkin unlucky we are to have pakis as a neighbour na Saale khud grow hote hai na hume hone de rhe hai bkl
Ahem, there is no luck, only karma. We as a nation chose papatma and chacha as our leaders , these bollockless men who agreed to the partition in the first place, which led to creation of 2 terrorist states on our borders. So sorry, no luck involved here.

Our pathetic state right now is due to our ball-less leaders. Nothing to do with luck.

India is probably the only country on the planet that gets bullied by a neighbor which is 1/6th the size of it with 1/10th of it's economy.

Partition was blessing, if you had a daughter would you want the types you have in Pakistan to be her classmate?

70 years gone and not able to decide what to do. Can't blame everything on chacha

Partition was blessing,
Partition with complete population exchange , now that would have been a blessing, not this ticking time bomb of atankvadi pille as Brig. Rathore (was that his name ? apologize if wrong ) rightly said.... Anyway, OT , so will stop at that

What an A grade (insert choicest abuse here ) idiot this fellow, better to ignore such stupid rants.
did he just say that whatever equipment Army in the future decides to buy. An open poll should be conducted on X !??

Like who is he now ? the MoD
ek ye aur ek elite predators, they both have this saviour complex believing that they'll be and should be taken seriously by everyone.

I mean just because you got called at the MARCOS Base at Abhimanyu because of your father's prior profession as a guest , that doesn't mean that you in any way have the right to say that you are an expert at anything strategic. In ulu ke pathon ko samjhayo yaar koi

In June 2021, in a first-of-its-kind attack in India, low-flying drones dropped IEDs on the Jammu Air Force station. What could be alarming for Indian security forces is the possible use of drones in future terror attacks.

The strategy of using drones for cross-border intrusions has gradually increased. In the last three years, drone sightings across the international border have expanded dramatically.

only reason there hasnt been a 2nd drone attack is because pakistan fear retaliation .

if we continue to keep quiet on "pakistan sponsored terrorism" it will definitely happen .

CRPF Explores Cutting-Edge AI Drones for Eye in the Sky to Firm Up Anti-Terror Operations in J&K | Exclusive

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is testing and exploring high-tech, AI-enabled UAVs for the next level of operations in Jammu and Kashmir and against Naxals amid a spate of attacks by terrorists. The process of testing the advanced UAVs is underway, with trials being conducted to get the next generation of drones with more capabilities.

These UAVs will not only require minimal human intervention but will also be capable of performing surveillance, reconnaissance, and operations without delay based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, a senior CRPF official said.

“These drones will have an ‘eye in the sky,’ AI, and digital vision. With the incorporation of digital vision into drones, these machines will be capable of autonomous navigation, making quick decisions, and performing precise tasks without human input with the help of AI,” a senior official told News18.

Officials aware of the trials and demonstrations said the decision to purchase UAVs with Automatic Target Recognition (ATR), which can identify targets and execute commands, is yet to be made. Currently, the army is using such drones. These AI-enabled UAVs can identify and target weapons, vehicles, and other objects, processing data in real time and transmitting it to the control room. The drones feature AI-based ATR, which enables them to recognise targets such as tanks, guns, vehicles, and humans and relay this data to the control station in real time.

Currently, the CRPF has close to 250 UAVs deployed in operational areas for Intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance (ISTAR) operations. However, most of these drones use older technology and have limited capabilities. Considering the challenges in Jammu and Kashmir and in jungle warfare, the CRPF is exploring ways to expand its UAV technology to incorporate AI capabilities.

Existing drones can take photos and perform reconnaissance but have very short flight durations and operate at low altitudes, which makes them vulnerable. They cannot participate in or assist with anti-terror operations, especially in hilly areas. The force is now focusing on jungle and mountain warfare, which will require more advanced technology.

In response to changes in terrorist strategies, forces in J&K are planning to adapt their positions and strategies according to current requirements. Jammu will be a primary focus, especially high-altitude areas that are witnessing ambushes and attacks on the Army. There have been five attacks in the past few weeks, including an attack on a bus carrying pilgrims and an ambush on Indian Army vehicles.
