Agree largely, given the character of the people who agitated for, and formed Pakistan. What was tragic about partition was the way it was done, the horrific loss of life, and the immense suffering millions were put through. Ideally, it should have been done peacefully, with not a single life lost. Any Moslem who voted for, or demonstrated for, the creation of a separate Islamic state, should have been politely, or otherwise if need be, asked to pack their bags and leave for the new Moslem 'homeland'.

What is very disagreeable is this idea some people express, that there should be 'a total exchange of population'. There were Moslems in the pre-independence era who were patriotic and nationalistic, and against the formation of a separate Moslem country. Yes, there were also the Deobandi/Aligarh/Wahabi types who were against the creation of Pakistan, but only because it would weaken the overall ability of Moslems to exercise power and influence in independent India. They too should have been compelled to leave, or dealt with somehow.

Mate it was a typical cross border raids done by IA and they have done such things before and even after so called 2016 raids

We are here talking about post ceasefire ambushes and no answer has been given since 2021
3 freaking years have passed with no counter action

Iam gonna just put this out there as an opinion that after 2019 feb and 2020 galwan clash the leadership came to realise how under prepared they are and trying to catch up that’s why no retaliation

Who will add years of training and doctrine
Giving equipments will do nothing until units don't train and build sop and doctrines around it
This process take years with trail and error u can succeed
Providing nvd to untrained soldiers is just like providing nomad with guns
