Most SOF units around the world have something called "Center for lessons learned" where they analyze every training exercise, rehearse for a particular op, an actual op, joint training etc during which they breakdown their SOPs, what's working and what's not working, what went right/wrong along with contingency plans and such. I heard even IN has one and such an org is the need of the hour for IA if they wanna see any improvements
If throwing more men to fix something is perceived as solving the problem, we'd only be left with more coffins to fill
We should not portray our incompetency by labeling every terrorist as SSG just bc we're loosing Paras and it makes us feel better if our SOF is killed by SSG...they're very likely trained by SSG though
