Yah i am shooketh too. I have lived in arab world and muslims -regardless of economic status - compromise way less than hindus on meat, milk, ghee,butter etc. So to find out they dont eat real ghee......i am now wondering if all their shammi kebab and chapli kebab are actual gost or is it like 30% tofu milawaat.
In Gulf and Gora places you get real ghee and butter and it's affordable i guess.
Aside from this in Gulf countries they're very strict on the matter of milavat.

Remember their country is just a patch of green running through shithole desert, on which they have to grow cereal crops, daal (
) and raise animals including cows for meat and milk.
There is absolutely no way that ghee will be economical to buy for them.
Same goes for their meme of "100% ghosht-khor mard -e- chomeen vs pure vheg hendu baniya", >muh beef > muh meat kanging is just lies, they too eat daal and vheg most days in the week, mainly because meat also would be expensive, it's why the Pathans mock them as ((( daal-khor Punjabi )))
TLDR like everything they do, the ghee kanging or meat kanging all is meant to project a status onto others which is beyond their aukaat in real life, a pathetic qaum, it's all the bad traits of our punjabis but none of the good ones
