since this hotel is a NY historical landmark, pakis first blackmailed NY city that they intend to demolish the hotel due to lack of funds, and then this deal happened last year.

Indias has crossed .690 or 0.700 (high HDI category) by 2015 methodology already when all neighbours except Bhutan would lie below .620.
