Your height is optimum for India.
The average height here was 165 cm some 10 years ago.

A height of 185 to 190 cm is considered tall in west.

Meat consumption does help like in the case or Kerela.
Bengal is somehow an exception. It's probably the 10 million kangaladeshi bringing the average down.

I'm 178, was 80 KGs 5 weeks ago, got it down to 68 for my AMB, now back up to 71

I am from J&K and i am not the tallest there as shown in the Map also..

But one thing i saw…Swimming really helps gain height.

I was around 170 in high school and my parents were like you are gonna be the shortest in our family.

But i gained around 10 cms in the next 8 years thanks to swimming.

What routine does everyone follow here? I mean bodybuilding oriented, powerlifting or strength oriented or just calisthenics and bodyweight

Maybe change the brand and see?

What do you eat it with?
I took naturaltein creatine, i ate around 4-6 eggs, a banana smoothie with peanut butter, regular rotie sabzi for lunch and dinner and consciously ate more lentils and legumes along with paneer ( 150-200 gm)

Bhai i am a desi in this..

Push myself in every workout you can call it sort of poweifting like…with motivational music…try to train like 5 days a week if i am lucky as i have a hectic schedule..sometimes i am lucky to even workout 3 times a week…i never push my body to workout..not well rested no weight lifting.

Long walks…3-4 hours a day..while being on call or listening music..i do this if i dont workout.

Swimming and Cycling sometimes too….2-4 times a month.

Martial arts in between also 2-4 times a month.

Lots of weight training, never got into bodyweight and calisthenics, but have a few guys in the gym with insane physiques and even insane-er dexterity in their joints and overall better conditioned body, so won't negate the merits of calisthenics

I haven't used a lot of brands, but I find it that Nutrabay's creatine monohydrate unflavored is the best, going by reviews and personal experience

For optimum result children should start swimming at the age of 10.
During puberty I belive the wear and tear on the bones causes it to elongate.

Swimming also corrects posture so that's eay 1 to 2 cm addition.

I do have a fucked up posture due to corporate lifestyle so there's that.
