I don't think we will have any problems as we already have big American guns, transport and attack helicopters, guns for the army and I personally hope, more then a hundred F15 exs which will help our pilots transition from them to the AMCA, which is similar in design. I also think Su 57s are better so I am hoping for the best. Dassault is giving our pilots experience on delta wings as we are making a few of them as you know, but In the long run I doubt Dassault's ability to keep us safer then having American and or Russian equipment until our stuff matures enough to stop import and start export.Beware of expensive American wares, as attached strings shall raise your hairs as you get trapped in a geopolitical snare
combat wares esp modern combat aircrafts come with exceeding Audit control and Interference. case in example F-35 need daily codes sent from US to even operate for Turkey. Better invest money in more indigenous platforms and programs. Buy more cargo aircrafts/heli, elint equipment for now - to keep trump off the back.I don't think we will have any problems as we already have big American guns, transport and attack helicopters, guns for the army and I personally hope, more then a hundred F15 exs which will help our pilots transition from them to the AMCA, which is similar in design. Yes I agree. The codes are for Lockheed aircraft and not for eagles which won't be heavily monetized. If we want a bang for our buck then eagles and or felons are the best bet. US 4++ aircraft will be for defense only so they won't be monitored like american 5th gen aircraft. The problem here is that the Rafale fleet doesn't have much to boast [PAKI PROPAGANDA DELETED BY MOD]. The F15 has a flawless track record, ask Israel, they will swear by then. Boeing will make sure we have no problems while operating the eagle.combat wares esp modern combat aircrafts come with exceeding Audit control and Interference. case in example F-35 need daily codes sent from US to even operate for Turkey. C-17. I wish India bought production Line. awe need to make aIf a comprehensive upgrade package for the Su-30 MKI is figured out, and repeat orders are made to HAL to increase the fleet numbers, the Su-57 has no business to even be considered. Since it can only be considered as a Su-30 replacement right now. With the assumption that the Rafale is the last import we're going to have, the MKI upgrades are not only urgent, the Su-30 fleet needs to be doubled with the new upgrades. It has no competition in payload and range.
We can keep US off our backs with more MQ-9/9Bs, P8I Neptunes and C-130Js. Apache repeat orders should be made only after the LCH start deliveries. Which only leaves the C-17, wish we could buy at-least 9 more of these second hand from ally nations.

No Burger kutta origin offensive military elements should ever be brought. Not after how they robbed Modiji of his victory speech.Yes I agree. Dekh bhai mere liye apni safety paramount hai. There fore I am weighing my options carefully. No Burger kutta origin offensive military elements should ever be brought. Not after how they robbed Modiji of his victory speech.
Especially after the shenanigans that Oramge haired Madarchod Rand ka pilla trump pulled in Saudi Arabia.
Completely trivialized all the suffering we endured in the hands of Napaki terror attacks under nuclear umbrella.
"Maybe they will have a nice dinner together? Eh, Marco? "
Fuck America and bhosad awaam. Fuck their military exports and state department BS.

We already have transport aircraft that are American with attack and transport helicopters for defence, I don't see a supply chain issue as we already are in deep with the US, be it the engines for Tejas, AMCA, to the drones for navy, army and airforce for surveilance.F-15EX is indeed a better platform than rafale but that doesn’t mean we should go for it. The supply chain issues would get even worse if we introduce an American platform in our combat jet inventory.
Even if rafale was shot down that doesn’t make it a bad platform. It’s still one of the best 4.5 gen platforms out there. A single shoot down doesn’t invalidate that.
We have 272 Su30 MKI will never go to similar fighter again ( heavy fighter) having that many in inventory. If need arises IAF will go for another 2-3 squadrons of Su 30 which are highly modifiable as per our will. We need single engine fighters in numbers to be work horse and keep our operating cost low.We already have transport aircraft that are American with attack and transport helicopters for defence, I don't see a supply chain issue as we already are in deep with the US, be it the engines for Tejas, AMCA and drones for navy, army and airforce for surveilance.
It will be doubly difficult for sino/pak attack if we have US aircraft.
I don't see a problem having 80 F15 exs defence and another 36 Rafales for attack.
Rafale are bought due to Dassault helping us since the mystere times way back in the 50s, but Pakistan also has Dassault equipment so how can we trust them?
Here Boeing is giving us the f15 ex and doesn't want to deal with Pakistan period. Agreed we have a botched past with US but now we have a guaranteed Boeing on not sharing tech with our enemies.
So my vote is for Boeing F15 exs.
I agree absolutely but I am referring to the MRCA deal and what we can have. Su 30 mkis are ideal but F15 exs give us a connect with 6th gen tech as used on the Boeing F-47.We have 272 Su30 MKI will never go to similar fighter again ( heavy fighter) having that many in inventory. Tejas MKl and MK2 will fill that slot.
