@Interested is correct, assuming an upgraded SU-30 MKI radar can detect 1m^2 RCS at 200 km then J-35 with assumed RCS of 0.05m^2 RCS will be detected at ~95 km by the same radar (~113km for 0.1m^2). There is a mathematical formula for this, you can use ChatGPT.
With just passive EW & RWR, J-35 will know where SU-30MKI is and can shoot first with PL-15s.
Rafale's OSF-IT might actually have a higher range (>125km) to detect J-35s if it knows where to look at that is where VHF radars come into picture.
Another challenge with stealth aircraft is maintaining track/lock at distance when guiding BVRs. Tactics for defending against <= 4.5 gen fighters can not be applied 1-to-1 for stealth fighters.
