One of the biggest problem with international tourism in India is all firangis start with Delhi, and most of them start with Paharganj. Delhi is the filth, pollution, scam and rudeness capital of India. So we should either nuke Delhi or atleast bulldoze entire paharganj.

The redevelopment plan was there which would make it a state of the art commercial centre with regular maintenance
Main problem is babus know everything but dont do anything

Dalals outside of ndls do scams in broad daylight, book ticket from them and they take money and they cancel it a day before or few hours before, irfc satya and shreyansh jain described it conpletely

Normal passengers arent allowed without platform ticket but taxi auto drivers are on platform

Anpadhs come 10 hr before train and sleep and create filth at station, one should not be allowed in station premises and even station boundary before 1 hour of actual departure
Only those should be allowed in before 1 hr should be those who have ac ticket or lounge users or those who have financial capability to buy things there

As for outside of station, purani delhi is the worst thing for the country, whole purani dilli should ne nuked, its the capital of scams and crimes, not a financial or commercial hub

Worst is all the vendors and touts keep harassing tourists. This happens mostly in golden triangle and is hugely annoying for foreign tourists. It does not happen in Goa, Kerala, Tamil nadu or himalayan states (other big foreign tourist destinations).

But if you are one of those popular vloggers who wants to visit all the countries you wont have much time, you are only going to visit golden triangle and perhaps Varanasi.

To be fair the dirtiness of Delhi is prevalent for the most part all over India. I really have one wish for India and it is that people start taking the environment more seriously there
