No way we can do 200 reactors unless we have solved the uranium supply problem. One of the biggest handicap to India’s nuclear program is the lack of a large scale supply of readily available nuclear fuel.

No. That's why the Thorium Cycle Plan. I don't know where they could get all the Uranium for this. Kazakhstan? Australia? I heard there is lot of Uranium in Oceans. How about that?
