Does it feel like independent at all? Quotas, castes, non-action of govt at all levels like center and WB, TS or acting with offending groups, religions and in support of them against victims. He gotta watch out for for the action on streets though with UCC, Waqf coming up and plan accordingly.

Atleast, with enough consensus building through JPC etc passing a slightly diluted law should be taken as a win in a coalition govt if achieved with minimal agitation.

You can only take wordsmithing so far. Opponents aren't for anyone other than their own power and wealth, so they will call same black with 100% confidence as white.
