Indian Politics and Democracy

When has country wide strikes solved any issue?

Bc issue local hai. By party which Hindu themself voted and nation wide strike kr rahe hai. Wah BC wah BC rather dhindus should grow a spine.

Don't be misguided by these tweets.

They are playing with people. They don't want the discussions to be around the CM but rather revolve around these pawns.

Also something is off with that tweet. Ajit Anjuman follows 3200 IDs but as per the screenshot none of them follows the Mahua Moitra. Chances of something like this happening is literally absurd to none.

Reactions: SKC
"After our experience of alliance with BJP, we are of the view that we should not follow the policy of CM post for party with the most number of MLAs in the alliance. In several past elections, with an alliance with BJP, we have experienced that to make maximum number of MLAs, parties themselves try to put their other allies' candidates down. So I will not be in favour that the party with the most number of MLAs should get the CM post."

if we sum up our usual discourse, what are the common tropes that are used in the name of accountability?

- India is like this only
- political class is bad
- xyz politician is bad
- babudom is bad
- xyz category of babudom is bad
- judiciary is bad
- xyz judge is bad
- jernails don't know what they are doing
- gormint institutions do not know how to do things
- private industry does not know how to do things

etc etc..

if we put all this in a pie chart, how much is even left which is not painted with broad brush in negative light?
in the name of accountability, are we being nudged into a corner to make it seem like there is "no way out"?

in the end, only those who have never actually even attempted or capable to do anything will remain relatively unblemished, which is even worse.

BJP got 5 seats and Congress got 5 seats in Lok Sabha Elections 2024 in Haryana. Whom do you think will win Haryana assembly elections?

bjp 30-40
congress 50-60

hooda or his son will be cm

It will be much tougher than what Congress eco system is probably imagining to be.
Few months back it looked like BJP will have it very rough but like everything in politics, the anti-jat consolidation is pretty much happening pro BJP.

It will go down wire.
