Meanwhile courts will come to the recuse of IC814 hijacking series where the Islamist terrorists trained & on payroll if ISI have been whitewashed, given Hindu names (Bhola & Shankar)

The onus of implementing it does not lie with the Supreme Court at all. The unwillingness of the government on the creamy layer judgement cannot be blamed on the courts

This is exactly I am saying. Why selection as per the political convenience and not as per the rule of law. This exposes both current govt and opposition as well.

Just a question?? Do any of you think Creamy Layer judgement had anything to do with the same script which is now being played in many countries by courts to start what is called regime change operations by deep state. They touch sensitive subjects which can starts riots. Govt. didn't made much comments can also be seen as why there were not much happened during Bharat Band on 21-22nd August.

As sad as it is for a Bong, this is true.
If there is no hung vidhaan sabha, there is no real ' automatic' route for PR. And if law and order is the reason a state loses its right to self rule for what could be years or even decades, it has to be based on more than a hue and cry over a gruesome civil crime case that has endemic corruption and nepotism issues than actual breakdown of law and order through society.
Not even in cases of red naxalvad menace through chattisgarh or orissa or jharkhand in the past decade or two, has the centre imposed PR. So this case cannot be the catalyst for PR either, unless its strictly political ( like split the TMC, then get the spilter to also not cooperate with bjp and cpm, so hung vidhaan sabha and thats how you get PR automatic, etc).

This caste talk will not stop till the time BJP keeps playing on the pitch prepared by opposition. To counter it they must set agenda and change narrative. Unfortunately they seem to have stopped talking abt hindutva. They need to talk about all the Hindu Phobic laws like RTE, Temple control acts, distortion of history textbooks, Kashi, mathura and several others while also acting on them in parliament and in the executive. And these points must be raised in public by none other than the most popular faces of BJP starting from top. That alone will rejuvenate and re-energize their cadre and also their silent supporters
 
Then either government should free temples from its clutches ,or let all bigger temples adopt smaller temples ,start a lot of charity work for Hindus ( like opening schools and hospitals) ,arrange mass marriages for poor families . These things will eventually establish temples as religious power centers that will bind Hindus together.
