that's where judiciary comes in, to control the excesses of the state machinery(not just of politicians), this is why we have three separate pillars for our democratic setup. ideally lawyers will be able to explain this better, but i'll give it a try.

let's take a few cases that used to happen in the past, but judicial intervention happened.

- for many decades after independence, it was possible for police to pickup some one on criminal charges and disappear the guy in the system. family of the guy who got picked up would approach the court and say so and so date and time the guy got picked up by police, but now no one knows where he is kept, not in police station, not in that city jail, not in district jail. so courts intervened and created guidelines that if someone gets picked up, they have to presented infront a judge for remand custody within mandated number of hours.

- dowry deaths used to be a major issue in 80's and 90's, in laws would light up the girl in the kitchen and claim it as an accident. and because of third degree burns, the girl would be at the mercy of the in laws and doctors at govt hospital, and there would be no dying declaration. so courts intervened and said, a judge/magistrate has to be present in person at the hospital to take the dying declaration from the victim at any time during the day or night.

similarly there are many guidelines over the decades that the judiciary created, to ensure justice is delivered.

this is to say, if a scenario such as the one you describe occurs, the citizens will have to approach the court for justice. this is the process.

Entire sm is f#cked up. The hatred against Hindus and Indians is unprecedented. This is concerning especially for the individuals who are moving abroad in search of "quality lifestyle".

What's more annoying is the usual inaction of MIB. That racist fella Elon Musk purposely made things worse and mainstreamed it.

Mainstream media is BJP's home ground.
SM is foreigner's homeground.
Wanna win on SM get your own and make it primary. Koo failed-reason- flawed marketing.

Short term setback pushing us on backfoot should not result in "hai rabba" and bangle breaking. USA being the most powerful frequently faces setbacks. Indian subcontinent is prime example.

We maybe at backfoot but we are at relative peace in comparison to other nations especially those with independent foreign policy. Losing one battle doesn't mean war is lost.

I am still optimistic about the future as people want Yogi as PM. People blaming dehatis are emulating western racism. Don't forget it was dehatis who fought for Ayodhya Ram Rath Yatra, bullets did not deter them.
 
Let’s see how many “dhindus” and fakecharya, online raita wing warrior will write the suggestion.
members should write a good logical suggestion to committee.
