Murshidabad is like a 80% Muslim area. Just like Kaliachak, Diamond harbour. These are the few small areas where things mostly happen & nobody can do shit until the state comes to rescue. We all know that's not gonna happen until the BJP gets elected.

This is why the number 1 and THE most important goal of the BJP should be to reform the Judiciary and rein in these Miyalards.

Everything else is secondary. Various governments have ceded more power to the judiciary over the decades and these judges now behave like some supranational entity. Kind of like how a festering stage 1 cancer which when not treated and isolated in the beginning itself- slowly goes on to swallow the entire body.

Though not happening with their current numbers, but if they ever get 400 par, they should amend the crap out of this "kanstitushan". If miyalards strike it down like they did with the NJAC, it should be forced down their throats with 2/3rds majority. Just getting rid of the collegium won’t do, it needs to be an entire wholesale reform. Surely, there are some methods.

Previous Governments have shown more than enough times court their "place".

56 Inch isn't pressing too hard. Like he pressed hard during SC/ST Case. One theory is that they want this issue to drag and drag. Otherwise if this goes very well as expected, dhindus will forget what happened and then vote for Non-BJP Parties next time.

it's already seen with suspicion by many including me that the party wants to curb judiciary for all their activism and intervention for all valid reason, but by doing so they ALSO want to thrust reservations down their throat, and if that happens we may see bheemtaa vindictive justices doing things beyond our imaginations

already current stock of mostly GC justices are harassing people with their selective interpretations of muh atrocity laws and all, and state machinery (police mainly) also not doing impartial investigations much - with above mentioned in place it'll go far more worse

Words ain't gonna do anything and Manmohan did nothing tbh. He and his party were the primary enablers of the judiciary when they were in power. All of this started after the emergency, where the SC took more powers for itself and his party did nothing at all to rein in these clowns for like 34 years that they were in power.

At least BJP passed the NJAC in 2014 to reform the collegium, which later got struck down by the miyalards as "unconstitutional". They didn't have the super-majority to force it in.

This govt has drafted so many 'controversial' laws since 2014. How many of them were 'altered' or 'stayed'? There might be a few tweaks here and a few tweaks there but the broader legislative frameworks will remain - no amount of PILs filed will change that.

The apex court also said that the language used by the common people of the country is full of words of the Urdu language, even if one is not aware of it. The court said, “Everyday conversation in Hindi cannot take place without using Urdu words or words derived from Urdu. The word ‘Hindi’ itself comes from the Persian word ‘Hindavi’!”


The apex court further said, “Same is the case with Urdu, which is a fine example of Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb or Hindustani Tehzeeb.


The court explained how Urdu is also used in court proceedings. Regarding this, the Supreme Court said, “Urdu words have a great influence on the language of the court, whether it is criminal or civil law. From court to affidavit and hearing, the influence of Urdu is clearly visible in the language of Indian courts.”

In the year 2022, when a petitioner tried to present arguments in Hindi, Justices KM Joseph and Hrishikesh Roy reminded him that the language of the Supreme Court is English.
