We already have caste based parties even if they don't call themselves as such . What's the BSP or SP or Apna Dal or RJD or JD(U) or the DMK or the AIADMK or the PMK and on & on all about?

It's just that an SP will no longer be able to project itself as the Messiah of the OBCs while promoting Yadav Samaj & their own personal family interests.

Ji has already given up on conducting the census anyway. We are running 4 years late now, where are the notifications?
