As long as we don't have Singapore style defamation laws & the GoI doesn't enable it , organisations Iike the ECI will continue to play on the backfoot unable to sue offenders in a court of law.

Of course in the prevailing climate it remains to be seen even if the GoI passes such a legislation whether the SC upholds it .

M leadership has always held this delusion (that their street power can alter the natural course of politics). It is also why they initiated plotted and actively initiated the post Babri riots in Mumbai but got their asses handed to themselves in the process.

it's not a delusion, it's an instruction from the book.
when the reference period is expanded over a few centuries across continents, can't deny that this one along with others tactics did work.

These hardcore Mullas are only good at talking tough, but when comes to walking that talk, they chimp out en masse. All they have is some local stone throwing groups.

And In almost every single post partition riot, the ratios are disproportionately in favor of H's. Even in the recent Delhi riots, when the police was beating up the Hindus, H's came out with better numbers.
