I think these many incidents are not just co-incidents but seem to be deliberate subterfuge
Subterfuge it may very well be but it’s nothing new,overall accidents have come down. Indian railway still lives in old way and practice and these small things will keep happening ,what is new is SM and it’s hostile takeover which setting narrative one after another.
SM ,a Low hanging fruit which must be course corrected no master what

Buddy since you keep doing this, derailments used to happen daily in past. But since there was no SM ,it was all okay.
So yes RM criticise SM correctly since it is taken over by hostiles who peddle fake narrative 24 hrs and raita winger room temp IQ.
I’m just adding posts to the title thread I’m not doing this and wish I don’t have to do it at this frequently. I haven’t written anything other than posting X links of IR derailments for the record.

*Description of the incident:* On 14/8/24 the train departed from PHA station in the direction of ANA at 5:12 pm. On reaching the block section the train had attained the maximum permissible speed of about 100 kmph. Due to dense clouds the visibility was poor. Suddenly the train crew noticed abnormal vibration in the OHE wire of the adjacent up track. They immediately sensed some abnormality on the track and immediately applied an emergency brake and the flap valve was also opened by Asst. Loco Pilot.

During emergency braking itself the crew noticed a train on the opposite line whose loco flasher lights were on and now they were convinced that there was definitely something abnormal on the track ahead. Since the emergency brake had already been applied,the train crossed the adjacent loco and a wagon and stopped about 400 meters before the obstruction on the down track.

A dusty cloud of coal was visible ahead. The loco pilot informed the guard through walkie-talkie and the assistant loco pilot went ahead for track protection and saw that eight coaches of the up goods train loaded with coal had derailed and four coaches had come on the down track.

Immediately, the loco pilot and the guard informed their control room about this.

If the train had not been stopped by applying emergency brakes after sensing something untoward due to the abnormality of the OHE wire, then the train would have definitely collided and crashed.

In this way, the crew showed their understanding in adverse circumstances and by taking prompt action, averted a possible accident of a passenger train. For their excellent work with alertness and vigilance on the job, the crew was honored by the Divisional Railway Manager by applying Tilak, garland and shawl in front of all the officers and employees.

This is alarming. Indian railways has not learnt its lesson at all. Another massive disaster is inevitable soon.

It will not learn any lesson becoz ,it’s sarkari plus absolutely no responsibility. At Most bechare political heads will take fall but people responsible most that is babus will have good and free and full of entitled career.

Breaking: investigation launched into a suspected act of sabotage. The engine of the Nainpur Jabalpur train 05706, collides with anextraneous iron rod placed on the track near Kachhpura station (boundary of Jabalpur and Nagpur divisions). Fortunately impact did not cause a derailment.This is the second such incident of alleged sabotage reported in two days. Rail minister had posted on X that twenty coaches of the Sabarmati Express passenger train derailed near Govindpuri station in Kanpur after the engine hit an “object placed on the track”.
