The lowest I've heard is the one form a local firm called TACTIX. In fact they have actually supplied army with some and the price per kit was ₹14,876.
I'm bit sceptical on how they managed such price but ya, mathematically it's the lowest.

As for upper end, you can easily end up beyond $750 with high quality accesories.

1.5k usd for rail,stock and other bits .
1k for the suppressor
3k for optic, LAM and light .
