i did some more research on the “EXOM EXOSKELETON” apparently it has VPAM 8 ballistic protection VPAM 8 provides a high level of ballistic protection, primarily against rifle threats using 7.62×51mm NATO rounds. The plate thickness is around 12.5mm.

Para sf of 2009 might be lacking equipment in comparison to their counterparts, but the ops they used to do during that decade were on par with Seals, sas etc

Indian economy took hit in the 90s. Generalsnwanted modernization funds but were denied by government till the economy grew. Now that the economy has grown since the modi era, we have seen a disappointing change in equipment
