They are barely seen with highcuts
I mean they do have but most of the times we see them with fibre glass helmets
Never seen them with binods forget about quads
Never seen them with comtacs nor sdr only one or 2 pics with it strobes

The whole CTF AFAIK have ACHs in both HC and FC configurations with mounts for NVG and other stuff.
Fibre Glass helmets are now only used for security arrangements.
Whole CTF has monoculars, Quads are already pouring in with CWs and IR stobes.
Throat mic with earpiece is already available, SDRs are already in service. SPRs will take time to come.

We haven't seen ach or hc much
Even the recent pic of training they were wearing fibreglass helmets
Quads were brought for testing afaik but no large orders given
Never seen sdr in training pics released by them except one pic in their calander maybe for testing

for hitting accurate shots up close in HRT situations .
Smaller and lighter than Snipers and DMR thus can be deployed faster and can be fired with basic support like a barricade , wall or Car door.
