We have good relations with France but no SF joint exercises like Sangam or Vajra Prahar true SF dedicated exercises

yeah I mean the original source seems to have written this underneath, I used google translate...it was all in persian

Now I looked this guy Khaled Amiri and it turns out that he is an Afghan Evacuee and former journalist who now lives in the west. So if this pic was by him then it is pretty accurate that it's from Afghanistan
