I don't get why earlier we had an argument from their side that we don't need snipers DMR is fine
But after Pakistan getting upper hand they started realising the importance
I mean how can u replace DMR with sniper and that too with age old drugonov
Now galil is being inducted too
Infact many in army still have the same opinion that's why establishing a proper snipping school with a good amount of money is difficult

Agree.. we have better night sights, but pakis have better day sights.
PAKIS too have good sniper scopes.
And sniper training is very complicated one, for their training there is requirment of good sniper school with good facility, something which indian army is far behind.
Indian Army's Fieldcraft (including snipers) are not world class, some sniper looks like joke who can easily be identified from far away.
Pakis recently started a sniper school with world class facilities.
Indian army is sleeping when it comes to sniper schools and training.
