I was at home when 26/11 happened and watched the entire coverage day and night.

The biggest difference is that incase of a future attack the terrorists would not roam unchallenged like in 26/11.

Rest on the topic of upgrade,equipment and training its better if i hold my opinion just like us older men do when their female partners ask them about their new dress.
