They do not. Take this into account I was speaking to a friend of mine who's in NDA right now. He asked me if I saw any of these movies - loc kargil , border, lakshay, to which I told him, that I know each of them but haven't seen them to complition. He said, SSB dena h toh dekh, cause the new bread of young officers all come from here. You basically have this cult like following of defence and ass-pirants who think of Army as a passionate well fair organization and think that josh, janun, and jazba is going to win them wars. There are some bright minds too but then 'some' not all, heck not even most

Agree,The best of Talents in the Defense Aspirants prefers Navy over Army ..
Some chose Airforce or even Police Service.
I remember ,a Retired Army officer friend of mine saying that Navy / IAF is far better in Career advancement and post retirement opportunity than Army .

Quite a shocking thing i found out..

Lots of Jats and Punjabis joined French Foreign legion and some of them are doing very well.
 
Let's see what this year has to offer . . .

- Lt. Gens selection policy has been made merit based. Various news articles reporting this also added something like 'prior to introducing theatre commands'
(thats not the army speaking, just some journo BS but I believe they are still actively discussing it atleast)
- Our RM Shri Ninda Turtle ji also promised this year to be 'Year of defence reforms' but thats some classic statement baazi right there.

I am posting this in SF thread as this theatre command plan is somewhat important in SF's overall development (Joint ops, clear about roles, modernization to some extent ...)

But what else do you think is very likely to be done this year?
(Keep your Blackpills in your pockets for this one boys, I know we are addicted to 'em but still, expecting really practical replies)
 
Instead of inviting stupid people for martial arts our Army could invite these soldiers who return from French Foreign Legion and Russian Ukraine war and invite them to talk to jawans and teach new things.

But that would never happen because…

😔🙏 It's going to remain the same for a long long time.

The SF right now is at least how the Infantry should be. But no, we have our infantry still in the 70s while the SF was forgotten somewhere between the 90s and 2000s. At least some units are trying their best to equip themselves but they can only go so far on their own.

It still pisses me off knowing how we could've equipped our SF with top notch gear but no we're buying robot kuttas and jetpacks.

It's funny because I used to be an asspirant like three-four years ago, now I'm blackpilled enough that I'd rather not join, because I'd blackpill myself even more experiencing it myself.
