India's parliament (Rajya Sabha) has spoken unequivocally against the Khlaistani terrorism that targeted the Kanishka Airliner Air India Flight 182 passenger flight operating on the Montreal-Bombay route. The bomb was planted by Khalistani terrorists who were/are protected by rogue nation Canada. The tragedy was avertable but it seems like Canadian Agencies were working in tandem with Khalsitanis. The terror attack took 329 passengers including many children.

If he doesn't take the oath he'd be disqualified. S.S. Mann who won the by polls in the last LS was similarly disqualified in the early 1990s . He didn't attempt any such stunt this time around.

Nihang seems to get a free pass in all these scenarios. They seems to be unofficial law enforcers of the Sikh community going by how they are endorsed by the rest.
Had this been Murica such things would not have been tolerated. Murican police have the absolute authority to protect themselves and enforce law and order by means of firearm.

Meanwhile here.

Cops really need to know why they have a gun with them. With proper gun discipline half of the disorder that happens here will be suppressed.

The problem is that the Punjab police is treating these as crimes committed by an individual or a group. In truth, these murders are meant to create fear in the public (just like STSJ) and must be treated as such.

Unfortunately, Punjab is the main cash-cow for the AAP and it is quite open to appeasing to the extremists.
