Delays in induction on account of IAF asking HAL to certify new systems on board the Mk-1a

GE could start delivering engines tomorrow but then the Air Marshals will put out some more systems and weapons to be integrated, moon and mars trials and tests to be done etc

Then complain Tejas delivery is delayed, declining squadron nos, emergency procoor F16 or Rafale saar
